Booked in with a voucher for a "deluxe shellac manicure". I got there on time but was waiting nearly 25 minutes because the nail tech was held up in another appointment. She was good and flew through the color to get me out on time, but I was told I could re-book to get the full experience. When I asked about it after I was told "well we thought you had booked a manicure...but you were just supposed to have the prep stuff, cuticles, hand massage, etc", none of which I got. While the girls there were very nice, and apologetic for the long wait, it was pretty disappointing to have to rush through an appointment that was supposed to be a nice treat (and had been a gift), and get offered to re-book then not be able to because the "deluxe shellac manicure" voucher is apparently not for a "manicure"??
REVISED: They called me saying it had been their mistake, that I was due a "manicure" and offered a free treatment to make up for the delay and partial manicure I received originally. Thank you guys, I really appreciate it!

Really enjoy the Microdermabrasion facial, great treatment for men along with the eyebrow waxing. Was a bit worried about getting my brows done as I didn't want to look feminine, they turned our to look really well and not at all feminine. Massage with facial was also great! Very friendly staff and a nice vibe here.

I had an appt at your salon today with a person called Elaine. I was most unhappy with my treatment. Elaine never once welcomed me or communicated with me in any way until I voiced my dissatisfaction. She said that she doesn.t talk, that she concentrates on the nails. I dont mind if a person does not talk but I do mind if I am unhappy with a treatment that I paid for. I am unhappy, maybe it is because the light quality is very poor in the area I was sitting in and she was also blocking whatever light is coming in from the window, but my nail varnish was applied very patchy. The salon is very small and very cramped but mostly is was Elaine's manner that I object to. I would have liked to be welcomed, procedure explained and thanked for my custom but I got none of the above and I felt most uncomfortable when I voiced how hostile she was. I do not like having to complain but I felt that I was putting her out. I most certainly will not be recommending her or the salon to anybody. Yours Mairead

I had a great wax procedure with polish girl who was easy going, chatty and professinal. Would highly recommend !
