Used this agency in November 2016 to arrange for medical treatment at Riga's First Hospital. Iveta Kravale, the boss, was very friendly and helpful, arranging all the initial appointments, making sure there was somebody from the hospital to meet us and show us where to go, etc. She also, with one of her staff, recommended a hotel and made sure we had detailed instructions how to get to where we needed to go after landing at the airport. Thoroughly recommended.
