Onbetrouwbare toegang, ik adviseer om hier NIET te huren. Net samen met m'n zoontje vast gezeten in de Bo-rent Storage wegens het niet herkennen van mijn sleutel (niet de eerste keer). Kom er dan maar weer uit!!! Niet dus... Bo-rent niet bereikbaar, noodsysteem ook niet bereikbaar, hangt gewoon op. Gelukkig kwam er na een tijdje een andere klant, heeft ons bevrijdt. Helaas (wederom) geen toegang tot mijn opslagruimte gekregen. Waardeloos.

I am a student and this was the 2nd time I have rented a car in The Hague. My first experience was at a company called Sixt. You can see my google review on their page (please do). This company was a bit of a nightmare in comparison to the other. We were sent an email only AFTER booking a van that we had to go to the other side of the city. After finally getting there, we were helped at the front desk. We had booked for a GPS online only for them to say 'oh we dont have them, i think' what?? after we were insisting for one, he looked under the desk and 'found one' -_- mind you, we are expats so how were we meant to move around without a GPS. Then ontop of that experience...they sent the money for my deposit to the wrong card. So i had to wait 2 weeks extra for my deposit. One positive thing is that you can return the car whenever you want after the closing time. I wouldnt recommend this for students/expats on a budget.
