Wir fahren seit 2006 hier hin.wir fühlen uns hier pudelwohl. Und es werden noch einige Jahre folgen.

Freundlicher Vermieter; Frühstück war in Ordnung, seeeehr kleines Zimmer; nicht wirklich sauber inkl Gemeinschaftstoilette auf dem Gang für 70€ die Nacht. Ich weiß, dass der Preis sehr günstig war, aber etwas mehr Hygiene hatte ich mir gewünscht.

So! Angekommen. Begrüßt wurden wir klassisch mit einer "Steifen Briese" und nem Regenschauer. 😂

The owner himself is a very friendly and open person. Therapeut rooms are a bit old fashioned but very clean. The breakfast is very good and The dining room is also very Nice.

The guesthouse aims to attract "low budget" tourists. Up to 32 guests in tiny rooms with a double bed, small closet and a little shower corner. LCD tv with some international channels. We stayed in a "shared toilet" room which was accessible only via the stairwell.
The owner insisted on us staying 3 nights although we only planned on staying for 2 nights. He offered a special low rate for the room without own toilet but upon arrival charged us the full price - claiming that no other rooms were available in Egmond and we wouldn't find a cheaper price anywhere else.
Breakfast and the small room we ate in was good.
The owner is an unpleasant, loud character who appeared to be considered a shrewd scoundrel by other guests as well. We noticed another arguments of another customer about the price of the room during our stay.

The town itself is nice, the beach is a typical NorthSea beach with a dune covered with some grass. Prices are extremely - inappropriately - high in the whole town and the service is poor to my point of view.
