Clean and very hospitality to stay

The rooms are nice and clean, including the bathroom. The bed is super comfortable and the room temperature is ok but not sure it can be adjusted. The shower is a stand-up and really small with not so good water pressure. There's a nice gym with functional equipment and air conditioning. The only downside is the food; it wasn't up to my taste preference. The service overall is really slow and the staff not always so attentive. Every single time I tried to call reception and room service the line just kept ringing with no answer. When I confronted the lady at reception, she said sorry we might have been busy'. Well...

Service was ok. Shower took 5 minutes to get hot. Also the shower wasn't really a shower. Room had no aircon. Food was ok. When we checked out, they tried to charge us for food that has been erroneously billed to our room. Its a decent hotel, but I'm not really sure why they are considered a 5 star?

Did not stay here but instead organised and hosted a workshop here. Facilities were good. Staff helpful. There is a large pool. The restaurant provided a buffet of western and Ethiopian food. The quality was good. The main lobby is attractive and atmospheric.
