My friends and I just came back from Hanoi,Vietnam trip and stay 2 nights at this hotel. It was a great hotel with great service. The hotel helped us to book the airport transfer, so we dont have to worry about taxi booking or lost our way during our first trip here. The service is really good. The staffs always serve people with smile. The breakfast was simple yet we love it. The coffee is really good, they serve all day free.
