With the exception of dessert, the food was good. Save the calories; skip dessert. Our group had four different desserts and they were all just okay. The server was friendly but, not in your face. He was attentive and responsive. The property seemed clean and we'll maintained. The public restroom was imaculate.

Friendly and attentive staff .
Clean, big, comfortable rooms and beds (The lobby and elevators are a bit on the outdated and dirty side, hence the 4/5 stars )
Free WiFi , computer use and guest laundry are a HUGE plus .
Loved staying here !

I went to attention a seminar in one of their function room. Place is clean, easy to find. Only problem I encountered is the noise outside can be heard inside their function room. It can be distracting when your trying to listen to someone giving a lecture.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I had a guaranteed reservation which the hotel refused to honor and pushed me off to a smoking room at a noisy, dirty dilapidated Holiday Inn on Rt. 4 miles away. I had booked into the hotel to attend an event there that evening so I would not have to drive back and forth. The hotel totally ruined the evening for me. The manager on duty claimed there was nothing he could do about it....which I doubt...but clearly they need to manage their bookings better. Just about the worst customer service I’ve ever had in an hotel. The only reason I gave it one star is that it won’t take a review with no stars.
