I had to get a rental through my insurance and the process of fixing my car took a little longer than expected. Hertz was very helpful and understanding. Their customer service was awesome. I truly enjoyed my experience and will be using them again!

My first car that I got smells like cigarettes so bad it made me sick I took the car back the second car they gave tag expired the month I got it and I need the car till the next month due to a tree falling on my car. I called several times with no answer even though the were opened and so I called the 800 number now I have to drive 2 hours away because nobody has a car for me here and they wont answer the calls. I will never rent a vehicle from here ever again!
