It's OK, but the flavors didn't impress me. The lady that helped us was very nice and helpful. You order from the counter where you can see some of the side dishes to pick, you pay, and then they deliver in a tray to your table outside. There's no AC. It's located on a very quiet neighborhood. The best value for your money is the sampler.

The cashier Alina was so rude and disinterested in treating me as I did her! I can’t say I’ll never go back but I won’t when she’s working! Supremely disappointed since I’ve patronized and loves my experience at the one on Armenia! She treated me with what I feel was disrespect while chatting up the white male customers before me, even while “bagging” my food which I had preordered via phone! The other gentleman there was nice and after I asked for a corporate number, o wished I had dealt with him initially! If my food hadn’t been prepared, I would’ve gone somewhere else! We need to do better as a society and treat people equally or at least the way they treat you! Maybe next year I’ll try them again!

Fun BBQ ambiance, decent pricing, but I was in a group with young kids who had limited selections of "kid friendly"/not messy food. 2 of the 3 adults in our group who ordered Mac & cheese said it was too oily, but I got the jalapeno Mac and loved it. The fries are crisp and seasoned lightly so they're flavorful without overwhelming the meat, which, let's face it, is the whole point of going to a BBQ joint. There are a variety of sauces to add to your meal as desired, so you can change it up as you go. The drive thru is a definite plus. Great Summer eatery, but I'd say more for adults and older kids.

The best concoction of stew made #Rom the variety of meats they smoke daily, especially the burnt ends. The aroma in the air draws you in alone. Sometimes I find myself driving there just to circle the building several times to intoxicate myself for a fix. It's addictive.

The location was busy and did not seem adequately staffed to handle the crowd. Two of our four orders were incorrect after a twenty plus minute wait and when we asked for a correction were told that those items had been out at time of order so we're substituted.

Additionally we were charged for the more expensive item although it was not what was received. Fortunately one employee, Trina (?), stepped up and fixed our bill and politely explained what had happened. She's the only reason this isn't a 1-star review.

The food: Pulled pork was flavorless and not worthy of being called BBQ. Mac n cheese was likewise forgetful. Seasoned fries were overly seasoned. The baked beans had a nice twist and were good.

If you are looking for good BBQ you can find significantly better at at least a 1/2 dozen other joints.
