Capital City on-line banking is off line today. I was told that they are doing an update. Who does an in the prime time of operations? Why not send an email to account holders alerting them of the problem? This is bad planning!!!!!

Tonight I was towed from the bank parking lot after hours (parked there because El Cocinero lot was full). In 25 years of living in Tallahassee, I've seen the bank lot used for after hours parking by people going to St. Johns, Cypress, every single parade. But apparently, now you tow? I had to wait for 45 minutes at 10:30 at night in a sketchy area for my car to be released. Thanks a lot.

THE RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE DIVISION of capital city bank is very disorganized, UNPROFESSIONAL shows lack of courtesy with poor customer service, and they are not knowledgeable about finance options . Other than this. Capital City Bank has always been a good bank, with all the promos, free checking, investments, bill pay and customer service has always been top notch.
