I have only ever tried their lunch buffet and it always fresh and delicious. They're vegan tapioca pudding and baklava are wonderful! Their daal soup is really good. I recommend using their condiments and spices as the food is very hearty but basic.

My #1 favorite restaurant as a healthy eater. So maby good things to say about this local ingredient vegetarian place. It's slightly pricey unfortunately so I can't go as often now. They could have a little more options but I'm not sure that would be viable for a small place like this.

Nice park close to santa Rosa downtown. Lots of hiking and mountain biking trails. Some trails have shade but it gets quite hot here in the summer. The lake is not easily accessible since it is surrounded by tall growth of cattail bushes. I would not recommend this if you have kids.

Since the first time I went in like 2013, it's been my absolute favorite restaurant. I did prefer the old all you can eat flat rate prices, but the food is still worth the trip. My 9 month old ate nearly as much as I did- if she likes it that much , the food must be great. :) Highly recommend checking it out, but be aware that it tends to get a bit pricey.

If you are looking for a place to grab a quick bite solo or coming with a large group Gaia's doesn't disappoint. They gladly accommodated our group of 18 with a hot, varied buffet with something for everyone in our group. The staff was pleasant and helpful, including the chef who came out of the kitchen to discuss ingredients and preparation with our curious group. The owners are hands on and strive to ensure you have a great experience. It is the "go to" place for vegans and vegetarians but there is plenty for anyone looking for healthy, clean food.
