This office will not return calls. We have called on several occasions multiple times and left messages each time and nobody ever calls back. They have customer service awards all over their office but they're only good when your there to buy a new policy. We just moved out of state an they are charging us a cancelation fee of $105 that was never mentioned to us. These guys said they could waive the fee but won't do it for us!!! Never going to use AAA again. Filing a complaint with AAA corporate about this. I would highly recommend that you do NOT use this office or AAA for insurance.

AAA is a must if u travel! If u don't getting it will still give u that peace of mine knowing help is a phone call away
