This is without a doubt the best way to visit San Francisco and the Golden Gate park. Not only are the fees reasonably low but you'll have a quick lesson before you leave and will enjoy your experience by yourself, without a guide, at your own peace, stopping to see what you really like. I will do it again the next time I'm in SF. Of course I already visited the park, but the Segway experience by itself is always memorable. And between you and me, with all the hills in the area, you'll be able to visit more things before you get tired. Thanks also to their amazing staff! Loved my experience!

The absolute best Segway experience! We did a tour a few years ago with a different company in SF. It was great but this was better! Our past experience was a guided tour. We would stop every few minutes during the 1.5 hour tour to wait for the whole group to catch up, then listen to the guide. Fun but not tons of actual riding. Segway SF Bay was a different experience. They made sure our kids (who hadn't ridden before) knew what to do and could handle themselves on the Segway, then they showed us some suggestions for where to ride and let us go. We were able to go at our own pace for the amount of time we chose. We toured through Golden Gate Park, went for ice cream at Polly Ann Ice Cream, then went to Lands End and saw the Golden Gate Bridge. We still had time left on our three hour tour so we were also able to go through the neighborhoods off of Sea Cliff. Such a fantastic time being able to create our own tour and there is nothing like riding Segways! Our girls (14 & 19) said it was the best thing they have ever done on a vacation!

Prefect addition to our day date in Golden Gate Park! It was so fun to have the freedom to explore the entire park and not be confined to a tour! Such a fun way to get around! The entire staff was super easy to work with and very informative. I was pretty nervous about the really short lesson before taking on the hills and traffic of SF, but they were super helpful and my husband and I both had a blast!

We took our 7 years old daughter over there for Spring break. Our daughter absolutely love the Segway experience. The owner was extremely nice. This place is strongly recommended. We will definitely go back again.

This company is one of the only in the city that allows self-guided tours.

After filling out some quick paperwork, a brief yet detailed and informative tutorial/coaching on how to ride the Segway is given.

Once you pass a quick lesson, you are informed of trails to take through GG Park, along the 1 freeway, and on the streets of San Francisco.

The equipment was safe, reliable, and easy to use. This is great fun for the family and couples.
