Horrible customer service. The lady doing my nails was talking very loudly across the room to another worker the entire time and when I asked a question about my nails she hushed me and said "I tell you later". Also as a Cosmetologist myself, I was appalled watching the one hair stylist you have working there talk very loudly on her head phone while a guest was in her chair. Horrible experience.

I started going to luxury spa because my last nail lady retired my first visit was awesome but every time I went for a fill I never got the same person twice each time I went back
My nails looked worse each time .. my pet peeve is lumpy nails and I got two
Fills and I took them off .. went back to the one that initially did my nails and she did a full set talking on her phone to her husband the whole time she cut me twice. And they were so lumpy I was so upset .. she apologized for being on the phone but it was too late the damage was done and I actual got fungus I never got fungus with my last salon!! So now I go to someone private she pricey but my nails come out beautiful and no fungus. Oh and did I mention two of the workers got into a shout match and one of them was the manager very unprofessional will never go back since after two weeks my nails just popped off !!!

I came here for graduation to wax my eyebrows and omg worst experience ever. I had a first degree burn under both of my brows. When I went back to complain and showed them my burns they disregarded me. NEVER GOING BACK!!!

I've been here quite a few times for gel nails and pedicures. They are a clean place with sweet ladies. The Lemon pedi is awesome. Most recent experience: Holly was patient and took her time doing a fantastic job on my nails. Sorry to hear of other's experience, but I've only had good ones.

Honestly, worst experience I've ever had getting my nails done. During the process of getting my mani (fake nails) my nails were BURNING. I've never experienced this before, and the lady doing my nails did not care. On top of that, they applied the wrong color on my toes and made it seem like it was my fault.. I left before the whole thing was over. DONT GO HERE.
