They did not have the small truck I had ordered. I had to drive a large one. Good thing I knew how. Some equipment, including one front light, did not work. Rain poured in a gap at the top of the driver's side door and soaked my left side completely.

Horrible sept 2,2017. I had my reservatión on line.I went to Budget car rent in ocala fl(441).The MAN there said , with actitud he had Any reservatión for me. I show him the reservatión on my cell.
And he reply the thing. Then he said with actitud, go to Ocala Airport, I have no car for rent for You. I said Thank You. I went to Ocala Airport with my reservatión And the lady Front desk, Said, I cannot rent a car because my crédit is bad.I said that wrong lady because my crédit is excelent. The trut was the other MAN call to the Ocala Airport (Budget) And for that razón they do not have a car for me. People Be carefull, if You have business, the people put You business Up or down. You never know Who are Front You face. Be nice with the people.I have my business too. Thank You Budget

worst service ever, i paid for a specific car and was given a smaller cheaper car and no i did not get my money back. definitely do not recommend!!!

My daughter reserved a car over the phone and was approved. They took her money, and all information for it, and said a car was ready for her when she reached Florida. When she got here the Man at the front desk was very rude to her and turned her down! She had done been approved and paid!! They left her and her little girl stranded without a car after taking her money! Worst car rental service ever.
