The chicken carbonara is gross. It is literally chicken Alfredo. 3 chunks of plain chicken with 1 lb of pasta.

First time there and must say, loved the food and service. Prices are decent too.

Not impressed. The fish must have been previously frozen. Texture was off; not fresh-looking or moist. This is the second time I've had fish at a 99; the first was in New Hampshire. The quality of the fish is the same in both. I'll be looking for fish in other places from now on.

Food was okay service was nonexistent. Sat at the bar and the bartender kept disappearing wanted to pay with a card but no one showed so I left leaving the cash I had which covered the bill but left no tip. Hate doing that but I didn't seem to matter to them.
