Sadly, I have to rate this below average. The facility and equipment is not as well kept as it once was, and there's a lot of deferred maintenance. That being said, I've been a member for close to thirty years and I keep my membership because they have a decent Olympic-size indoor swimming pool.

Very nice place for swim meets just wish there was more air flow to keep it cooler

Friendly staff and various machines for you to work out.
Great group fitness classes, including yoga, hip hop, zumba, water aerobics, cycling and body bump...... It's so much fun to experience diverse exercise lessons with the enthusiastic instructors.
They also provide towel for you, especially when you want to take a shower there, they do have body gel as well.
The best fitness center in Mississippi!

I recently ended my membership because of the closing of the location near me. But the Wellness Center has everything from racquet ball to swimming. Its a great place for the entire family to get fit and stay fit

Olympic sized indoor swimming pool. Four racquet ball courts. Lots of books and crannies with quality excersize equipment. Juice and smoothies available. Classes, including deep water aerobics. Older facility, but charming and functional.
