They picked me up promptly, answered all of my questions, gave me a gorgeous car, and showed me how to run it. Very helpful and friendly.

I have always used Enterprise when I needed a vehicle. I have not
had to use them in a while. I have been member of Enterprise Plus
since 2009. On the weekend of May 12th I rented a car. They took
my Debit card and put $250.00 deposit on it. When I returned the
car they Kept. $119.00 and credited my card $130.00.

On the following weekend May 20, 2017, I went to pick up the car I reserved: no cars available. I had eight waiting ahead of me. The Manager
said she could do the paper and when a car showed up I would
be ready to go. Show I gave her my debit card and the next thing
I know in front of everyone, she told me that she needed another
card that one would not pass. Told her there should be plenty
to cover the Deposit. She politely said I am sorry but we have to charge
the deposit plus the rental fee, that was company policy.

I asked what was different from the weekend before when I got a car.
I told her that you only took the deposit. I showed her my receipt
and she well someone made a mistake. I told her when I called in
and reserved I that only the deposit would be taken. So I guess
they change their policy on a day to day bases.

I might add that on both weekends when I showed up to pick up
the car there was no cars available. I waited the first weekend and
it only took about 20 minutes. The weekend of the 20th of May
with eight people waiting ahead of me . I walked out.....

Have always found Marc and his team willing/able to assist our small business anyway he can! 11 out of 10 for customer service, teamwork and professionalism. Keep up the great work Marc, we sure appreciate it!
