I go to Bliss religiously every two weeks. They have the best service in Houston, and I've been to every premium spot that the city has to offer. The name is real! You will be in pure Bliss there.

GREAT SPA!!! As soon as i walked in i was met by Ashley, mimosa ready with a great smile and amazing customer service! I was brought back for my facial with Nina who did an amazing job from relaxation to educating me about my skin. She never pushed products on me to buy which i loved(usually i feel over pushed to buy products at spas). Sadly my facial came to an end, but was introduced to Julie who completed my day with a manicure. I was blown away by her OCD to make sure everything was perfect. I had an amazing time here and ready to go back next weekend for my pedi!!!! And to top off the experince they have a great drink list! And they always make sure your drink is filled and chilled! Thank you so much Bliss Spa!!!

First time going to this place back on Monday, and I loved it. I think the setup and ambiance of the place was so comfortable and enjoyable. But for me, the best part was the staff!!! They were just so friendly, and helped me find a different color when I said I wanted something close to certain color, and just how they want the customer to feel relaxed! They had a lot of beverages to choose from (I had the red wine) AND they bake fresh cookies every morning and offer you some! Oh, and 1 thing I was think about when I go into a nail salon is if I ever feel like they try to oversell their services or something, or if the people are really genuine. I felt like the people were so upfront and honest with me like about when I asked them how often they think I should come in. But I liked them so much that I just scheduled an appointment a week earlier than what they had suggested. I mean I reallllly enjoyed this place. It was just so relaxing and I got to meet some pretty awesome people that I could just talk to forever! Yes, the prices are a little high, but for me, my first experience there was worth it. So I'm glad that I was adventurous that day and stumbled upon Bliss Day Spa.

The bad:
1) I made my appointment 2 months in advance. I received a phone call and an email the day before confirming it. Then, less than an hour after my confirmation call, I got another call to reschedule (move it up an hour and a half) because no massage therapist would be available. Obnoxious and probably preventable.

The good:
1) THEY OFFER FREE MIMOSAS.
2) They were VERY prompt. I waited less than 5 minutes
3) I didn't get a nail service, but I saw a sign indicating that if your nails don't hold up for 3 days, they'll fix them for free. That's incredible. I've never been anywhere else that guarantees their work after you walk out the door.
4) The prices are INCREDIBLY reasonable. $80 (plus tip) for a great, one hour massage (plus free drinks). How do they even make money off of that?!
5) Lots of free parking in a convenient, safe location.
6) THEY OFFER FREE MIMOSAS!
