If I could give negative stars, I would. Sign on door says "remove hat & sunglasses". I was removi g my hat & sunglasses, tried to open the door, and it was locked. I saw somebody movin' about i side, so I just left. A lady comes out hollerin' that they're open, stressing I remove my hat & sunglasses. I told her I was doing that, but the door was locked. She was just steady fussin' about somethin', so I just left. After googling them, I noticed a one star rating. Scrolling down, there appeared a 9 out of 10 star rating! Dramatic difference! Based on my personal experience, I am inclined to believe the one star rating. That woman was probly on her cell phone. I'm so glad I didn't go in there.

If i can give 0 stars i would.. worst customer service ever! My wife went in to do her taxes and just gave her the run around for 3 weeks.. ask for all kinds of info to just tell us that they dont except 1099's.. now thats bs. They never called us, we had to call in every single time just to find out they needed some kind of information from us which we provided.. vanessa is the manager there and to be honest i dont know how that place is still in business with her working there. People beware! STAY AWAY!
