Brad and Linda went out of their way to find an adjuster sooner and took care of my claim. They did not have to but did to resolve my claim.

Following a recent hailstorm, after leaving a message, Brad Thomas personally called me back within 30 minutes. He was very helpful in giving me guidance as to my damages, as to getting an estimate, filing a claim, and what to expect throughout the process. Throughout the repairs, Brad called to check to see how things were going. Everything flowed as he said it would - making what could have been a nerve wracking experience into a stress free experience. I would highly recommend Brad Thomas to anyone seeking an excellent insurance agent.
