I hadn't been to an appointment in over 6 months. The receptionist lady called me today to tell me I missed my appointment out of the blue. I work and go to school full time. She yelled at me telling me that she's not responsible for courtesy calls and refused to help me set up another appointment, telling me it's my responsibility to know the dates.. The receptionist was really rude, and I won't be returning. I've been to better dental offices where they actually care about their patients.
