Beautiful venue of a great size for fairly intimate concerts that can still hold larger artists. They have a pretty good system for moving people. The bathrooms are clean. They have a bar inside the hall with food (though I didn't take about it myself), and in the same building is another full bar and restaurant.

The hall itself is unique, the acoustics are beautiful, and prices on drinks are affordable.

However, the lady that usually runs the merch table, has no personality, which would be completely fine if she weren’t so rude. I thought she was just being rude to me the past few times I went there (three times in a span of a year) but whilst attending a show there tonight, she was just as rude to everyone that surround me, as well as making us all wait a very long time to help us, while ignoring us in intervals.

Someone needs to go steal her job, and show people some hospitality there. She just plain sucks, and should be making a pizza in the back of a dirty restaurant somewhere downtown, not working the merch table where you interact with people and expect tips. Yeah, she has a tip jar people. A TIP JAR. She hates her life/job/self, and Thalia Hall could use some better employees 🤷🏼‍♀️

Great place to see a band. Small intimate setting. There isn't a bad seat in the house. Plenty of places to hang out before and after the show within the building or across the street.

One of my favorite venues to see the great talent that comes through. And it doesn't hurt that there are great bars and restaurants attached which give discounts with your ticket from a show. Whether you're on the floor or in one of the box seats, it's always a great experience.

Thalia hall is a large and comfortable space for ed events like the reading I went to for the Lore podcast. The ambiance is incredible, and I'd love more time to explore all the nooks it has! Well air conditioned or heated for events, good for all seasons. Lastly, the price was reasonable. Look forward to going again!
