i didnt really dislike it - the service was very poor but we went on a Travelzoo voucher and wondered whether we got second class service becoz of it!!?? after being shown to a table we were then left and everytime i got a waiters attention they turned away - then also when the bill came they tried to charge us for a completely different more expensive bottle of wine and when questioned just took the bill away and amended it!! the bottle was still on the table - they also add the service charge to the bill which i never like as it is up to the customer to tip what the service was worth and it was not worth 10% - however the food was nice.

Phenomenal culinary experience. This is more than food, this was a symphony of expertly selected flavours. Glynn Purnell is a conductor of the most mesmerising food-esque orchestra, and we his captivated audience.

Almost Perfect! 4.5 stars. Food excellent and service and atmosphere great which we enjoyed during a lunch time tasting menu. Just lacking some of the finishing touches like a full bar and details which the top restaurant in B'ham does so well. Well worth a visit though.

This place is an experience. You go in open minded and enjoy the journey. It's absolutely fantastic. Well worth it.
