Understaffed so poor service. I felt sorry for our waiter. Many grumbles with the food eg they forgot to put the egg in the Nicoise salad, duck served with a sauce I hadn't asked for etc

Waited for 50 mins for breakfast. The pot of tea and orange juice had long gone. The quality of the smoke salmon and scrambled eggs was poor. The egg looked as though they had been cooked for 50 mins. The staff were ok, but should advise wait time

Decent enough food at city centre prices with friendly staff and a relaxed lunchtime atmosphere.

Absolutely horrendous service. Have been continually IGNORED for over half an hour. We are paying to eat here and I feel like the waiters feel like they are doing us a favour. They're just standing around talking and serving everyone else.

Eventually another persons shift started and we had words with him. He then went and checked on food - found the order for the mains hadn't even been sent through to the kitchens! He didn't tell us this. But when we queried why we had to wait for over am hour they said but this order only appeared 10 minutes ago so we worked out what a happened. The new gentleman dealing with our order got it to us in time was really really nice but the wait and the lack of eye contact or acknowledgement in the first hour meant our experience was ruined
