Jacuzzi sauna steam pool classes - this is a great gym!

Friendly staff and good facilities for the price. Only issue sometimes is that the lockers are often broken and need fixing. Generally very happy.

Does the job for what you pay. An average sized free weights area, plenty of treadmills and cardio equipment, good pool, a sauna and a steam room. The reason I give it an average score is that Sports Direct haven't invested a penny in it since they bought it off LA Fitness. The equipment, changing rooms and showers are all in desperate need of a refit. The changing rooms in particular are manky.

This gym is adequate for most peoples needs. Having a swimming pool, the cost is proportionate to the low cost gyms in town. Could be made better with the addition of more free weights and another squat rack.
