Horrible experience. My reservation was changed by customer services. They tried to contact me about the change only 30min before the rental start, not giving me any time to change my plans. In effect I was late for the meeting and failed to pick up order from the store.

When I called customer service I had to wait for 15min on the line. The customer service assistant who picked up the phone was rude and thought it was completely OK to change my reservation at short notice, because he left me a voice massage only 30min before the rental.

Don't join the scheme.
