An hour wait for food. Brought 4 of 5 meals, waiting with our already cold food. Ribeye steak sent back as flat cold. Came back out and it was a very poor Ribeye (12oz I think not) very unhappy as this was my birthday meal with family. TGI used to be nice.

Love this place and its cocktails ...my lads totally enjoyed the bottomless refills and our servers bethann and pailsey were very attentive on both nights

Me and the family love going to TGIFridays in Kirkstall Leeds. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Big thumbs up to India and Autumn and the rest of the team. Only gave 4 stars because there is always room for improvement.

Don't waste ur time. Extremely poor
Phoned ahead & advised tables free - no booking.
Arrived 15 minutes later - walked from our hotel nearby.
Sloppy dude said we would need to wait 50mins.
Restaurant was no more than half full.
Asked to speak to Manager.
Staff member came back to say Manager was too busy.
Turned around - ate elsewhere - never to return !!
