Unfortunately I spend a lot of time here nevertheless I have always found the staff to be friendly and Dr Jain and Dr Patel are extremely helpful and understanding. Keep up the good work.

So rude, unfriendly reception stuff, unhelpful Dr's losing their tempers, argumentative with bullying behaviour, disgusting!

Phoned at 2pm to ask for an evening appt. I was advised to attend at 5.30pm, I saw the GP at 5.40pm.
GP helpful, reception staff friendly and engaging.

I do not want to waste anybody's time.
The last time prior to my recent visit in early April 2015 was a year + ?? ago.

I had issues with my knees and salivary glands (dry all the time) .I was asked to have a blood test + Xrays on both knees.

Approx 7-10 days after the Xray I rang in after 2pm to enquire as to whether the blood test and Xray results were in.

I was told yes and as it was not "Urgent" was given the next available appointment 8th May 2015 at 3.20pm ( two plus weeks on)

On the 8th I arrived at 3pm and was told that I did not have an appointment. I was also told that there was a doctor on sick leave that day and was about two rebook me in some 2 weeks on.

I have now seen a doctor the next working day and have accepted an apology from them.

I walked out as it will have taken me close to 6 weeks just to get an understanding of what was wrong with me.

I experienced unfriendly, rude receptionists. Unhelpful and unsympathetic doctors. The practice manager was also unable to deal with a situation professionally.
