rang up as an emergancy as my cat was ill having been twice in the past month happy. but this time was told as i didnt bring verification of entitlement i was given a form and a week to register but i never received the form and brought in verification but was never asked for. was told they cannot see my pet any longer due to this i had to pay for out of hour vet fees. would not recommend person on phone was no help at all any very robotic.

The staff always go above and beyond, they truely are amazing here can't fault them one bit.

What a wicked person working on reception today.
I called first thing at 9 am and the phone was disconnected until at least 10 mins after opening hour. Is this a way to run an establishment?
Futhermore after finally getting through. I report to the receptionist that I'd just been bitten and her response is 'and'??????

Whatever happened to empathy?
Added to that, her tone was so unfriendly, hard and lacking in care.

Totally terrible first impression over the phone.

Excellent service from the reception and nursing staff. They offer affordable veterinary care particularly for those who are in receipt of benefits. This is a charity so please donate as much as you can so they can continue to treat as many poorly animals as possible. It is easy to find.
