Great hotel, close the city center and the old town, clean and friendly staff, 4 starts because the room facing the street can be noisy ( the hotel can’t control that)

Great location, nice hotel and rooms, but rooms are EXTREMELY small. Reminded me of a nice college dorm in the US

Good sized room, very convenient to ZURICH Railway Station only 5 min away, breakfast is excellent.

Quiet anz nice hotel. Good breakfast though. The staff is really friendly and professional. Close to the station and with wifi connection

Decent hotel in downtown Zurich, lots of things to do and see by foot. The room was clean and small but had a few issues: the complementary gummy bears were already eaten and the wrapper was the only thing left, the M&M's in the mini bar were open and half eaten, the room AC didn't work, and the room WiFi expired in the middle of the night. I had to go to the front desk to get a new code when I woke up. Staff was friendly, but I was only staying a night so I didn't bother bringing up any of the above issues. Probably would go elsewhere if I were to visit Zurich again.
