Stayed last wk before catching Ferry. Ate in the restaurant and had to fill up 10 minutes later at McDonald's down the road. Two pieces of meat, tbls of mash and approx 10 peas........ £14. Waiting staff were like Zombies (very little help) Then to top it of that night the bar closed at 22:45! Won't be staying again.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Helpful. Well priced, spacious. Would like to see mushrooms on the breakfast menu.
Food a little pricey.

The hotel has a much better menu than Mercure hotel in the city centre. But, don't order the pasta off the menu (What I was served must have been pre-cooked, let to sit in the fridge & then microwave heated when I ordered it😱). The hotel is easy to get to with public transport. There is an Eroski (a local supermarket, but it's closed on a Sunday) close by if you need anything.

Easy and quick access to the hotel from Bilbao Airport euro 30.00 in a taxi.
Helpful Receptionist at check in and we were assigned a quiet room with sofa bed on the 7th floor. Good selection of bathroom amenities. Separate shower and bath and bidet.
Horrendous TV and extremely poor selection of channels only one English language channel BBC World news not impressed at all plus a tiny TV set.
Sleep quality very good, quiet and comfortable mattress and pillows.
Very upset not given any slippers, spoke to Head house keeper, Reception staff and cleaners all declined to bring any even though they're available very poor service!!!
Good location of hotel, supermarkets within short walking distance and restaurants and cafes. Nearest Metro station easy 10 minutes walk away by the exhibition centre.
Breakfast this morning was pleasant good bacon and sausages. This is a good value for money budget hotel which could be even better if staff were more keen to deliver excellent customer service and ensure simple guest requests were accommodated.
