Excellent location, the service is nice and we got a great room w/ Upgrade. Gentleman that parks the car was really kind.

Good all-round hotel with easy access to the main things to do in Bilbao. Friendly service as well, and for a (20 Euro) fee they will park your car for you.

Great location in the center of town. Walking distance from the Guggenheim and all the local pintxo bars. Service was exceptional right from reception to us checking out. Room had an old school charm to it.

Currently staying at the hotel. Very nice hotel, superb location and excellent value. Would recommend.
