La atención del personal bastante lamentable. La encargada del garaje pidió de forma prepotente el contrato al entregar el coche y sin motivo aparente se puso a hablarnos en inglés hasta que le advertimos. Y todo eso mientras amonestaba a un empleado porque permitió entregar el coche dentro del garaje ¿¿¿¿¿????? Bastante surrealista.

Wonderful experience! Have had bad experiences with other companies so decided to try Hertz. Very happy with choice. Helpful staff and costs are clear with no extra hidden fees at return.

Googlemaps will take you to the small counter shopfront on the roundabout at Plaza Pio. If you're returning your car to this location, note that there's a yellow garage door on Francisco Maria Kalea on the right, through which you can drive your car, before heading to the counter to finish up the paperwork. If you need to fill up beforehand, note that most of the small gas stations dotted around the City are closed on Sunday so you will need to hit the highway - we filled up at the Repsol on Carretera Bilbao-Plentzia.
