Cuando compren o soliciten el arreglo de algo relacionado con el spa pregunten antes la tarifa de este establecimiento porque le cobran hasta cinco veces mas del valor real.
En mi caso el valor real de la pieza que me sustituyeron en el arreglo del spa era de 6€ y me cobro 59 €. Cuando le pedi una explicación me dijo que era la tarifa de Mundo Spas.

Terrible service and faulty spa
I bought a spa from this company in Aprik 2017, and have had three issues with it - heater going overhot, or not switching off (40c even at night - so not to do with the sun) broken lamp (told would take two months to get replacement - that was in June and now three months later no response!) and leaks.
The final leak has meant there is no water in the unit and so I cannot use it. It also leaked water into the bedroom below causing damage.
The company have not answered emails, and blocked me on WhatsApp and messenger and email so now getting my lawyers to request full refund or replacement.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
