Terrible stay. We paid for a 3-bed bedroom but instead, got stuck with a 9m² attic room with a bunk-bed atop a wide bed. The place might be great for backpackers, but not if you want some basic comfort.

Friendly staff, helpful all around.
They set up a projection of the football game during the world cup last year, which was great.
For those in need of it, Wifi is also available.

Everything was good. Some people just have too high standards. There is a bed, a shower and free wifi. What else do you need or expect for 13€?

Not a hostel. An institute. All the common areas are locked up at 11pm and after just offering to serve everyone downstairs another drink at 22:55 the staff then suddenly announce that everyone has to leave the common areas which include the kitchen, all ground floor seating areas and the reception and bar. Their advice is to go to your room with your drinks or go and sit in the stairwell. Apparently there has been previous problems but for some reason they are punishing all guests and treating them like delinquent children instead of actually manning and looking after their own business properly. There is actually no one in the building over night at all and it suddenly feels like an unsupervised student hall building at 11pm but with all the areas you can actually socialise in being locked. They also refuse to take card payments at the bar which seems backwards as for the sake of them paying whatever small fee there is per transaction, we'd have spent so much more money with them. Until we got relegated to the stairs with everyone else of course. The various breakfast menu options were also not fully available to order which you have to do the previous evening. And although it's really not that cheap, you still have to make your own bed! Bitterly disappointed, along with most of the other guests that we met and saw around during our stay. I'm not actually sure the way it operates can be legal.

Decent location on the lake though.

Lovely location and staff. The bar stays open pretty late generally and had a decent selection for its size. Only real negative is the lack of storage space for bags etc/hanging things to dry but you'll cope.
