Well marinated, perfect grilled delicious kababs. More like sheek kabab or sheeq tawuq. Can call the cuisine authentic Arabian/Mediterranean. Not sure about the history about harbi kababs or their regional origins, can be Saudi/Yemeni or Egyptian/Turkish/Lebobon. Kababs are a mix of minced meat, mostly beef and onion with herbs like cilantro. Goes with tahina made up of yogurt. For additional punch should try with fried onions, bassal and green chillies. Makes for a perfect lunch.
