La Cloche is one of the most westernized establishments in Niamey - if that's possible. It's a Lebanese restaurant/bar. They server bowls of olives, beer, and shwarmas - at least that's what I always had. It was always good and one of my favorite places to go in Niamey nearly 20 years ago. Great to see it's still there.
