Wonderful service! We noticed that Ollie was very lame on his back leg and not taking any weight on it. We were very worried and took him to our local vet who also was extremely concerned. She referred us to the specialist orthopaedic surgeon at Ark Veterinary Clinic. When the vet examined Ollie he found that he had torn his cruciate ligament. Ollie had to undergo serious surgery on his knee. The vet used a brand new technique called TTA as this was the most efficient and modern way to mend Ollie’s torn ligaments. Ollie was extremely well cared for throughout the surgery and his recovery. No question from us was ever treated as irrelevant or inconvenient. From the moment we stepped through the door we were treated with respect, kindness and concern from all of the staff who did their utmost to do what was best for our dog. Now, 6 months later Ollie is putting weight on his leg and is walking like his injury never happened. We would like to thank all the staff at the Ark for their competence and compassion throughout Ollie’s injury!

Had a consultation here for both my dogs. Tom gave sound practical advice,with demonstration how to manage both their problems. There was no push for them to have needless antibiotics. and other jollop I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice, and will continue to do so in the future. Consultation fees were very reasonable.

Wonderful vets. I've been taking my Chinchillas there for 10 years and without a doubt, Anita is the best, most caring vet I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The rest of the staff are very caring and good with animals, especially Jenny, who seems to have a way with them.
Steve who runs the shop is friendly and incredibly helpful, and is always more than happy to source anything I need.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very caring and attentive to our animals and always looking out for the best interests of both our animals and how we can keep them healthy. Great range of products in the attached shop. They almost always have what we need in stock.
