Bad bad horrible bad. Called for an appt was told 3. When I came she told me the appt was at 2 and we were late. I know she said 3 because I'd wanted earlier. Place was dirty she hurt my foot when digging around under the nail. Nails cut crooked and on weird angles. Not filed properly. Booked for two of us and only her there so it took 2 hours. She also stopped to cut a woman's hair in between ? claiming our nails needed to dry when mine were dry. I skipped on the manicure part cause I was so annoyed. My girlfriend got hers done and by 8pm that night the polish had peeled. She also sanded down the surface of the nails really badly. Never again. Also kept telling my friend her roots were bad and she should fix them and she would do them. She goes to a proper salon and was super insulted. Actually not one good thing to say sadly. Even polish was horrible. All
Over toes uneven and streaky. You get what you pay for. AVOIDDDD

If I could give this salon zero stars then I would. I usually do my own mani-pedis but I have a broken arm so I thought I would go get them done professionally. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed and spent an hour and a half redoing my nails with one broken arm. There was no attention to detail at this salon.. my cuticles were not touched, they didn't smooth or shape my nails whatsoever leaving them rough to the touch.. there was nail polish all over the edges of my nail beds..the clear top coat didn't even fully cover all of my nails..and worst of all.. the polish COMPLETELY flaked away after 4 hours of being home!!! I was livid..and extremely disappointed at the lack of quality. I literally do a better job with one broken arm. Don't waste your time at Kim's nails and don't waste your money!!!

Do not go here! It will take me months to recover! I went in last Wednesday to have gel (no powder) removed. Owner, Mandy, started to use a dremel on my nails. I explained that I usually have it removed with a file, acetone and then scraped. Mandy assured me that this way was fine. My nails, which are normally thick and strong are now paper thin, peeling and dumpy. There are red botches everywhere and my nail beds hurt all the time. I am limited in what I can do as my fingers are so sensitive and uncomfortable.
