We always go for a girls' day to Hannah Q, the salon is beautiful and clean. The owners are lovely and most of the technicians do fabulous work. However this last time I went, I received a technician that my mother has gotten twice and has mentioned to me that her work wasn't the best - I unfortunately am not happy with mine after my latest visit. She sat at the second station from the front. My nails were filed super thin and are all crooked (even after I mentioned it looked funny to me). I was there for almost 2 hours for a shellac polish change.

Awesome experience!! It was the first time getting my nails done and I could say it was the best one! Very friendly atmosphere, great people! Loved the service, my nails look amazing and i am so happy with it! ❤️

So i was there few days before and it was my first time at the salon. Came right on the booked time, they had me waiting for almost 30 minutes, I don't see the point tor making appointment, imagine (new customer)! In the mean time they attended to 3 of their steady customers who came after me! And when they can take me, they rushing so they can taking in more clients that are waiting. The girl i had looks very young and inexperienced, seems to me that she can't even polish right, all over my cuticles. Other thing is that the tv so loud, hard to relax. Nail job was only OK, nothing special, price is not cheap either. What upset me the most is that they didn't even apologize or asking me if I'm happy with the service. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

Everyone that works at Hannah Q Nails does such an amazing job every time I come in :) It's a friendly and clean atmosphere and they play great movies that you can watch while getting your nails done. I drive all the way from Hamilton because they do that great of a job :) Highly recommended!

This review is for the awful customer service experience I've ever had. The first time I visited I had a great experience. So I decided to come back yesterday for a manicure. The nail technician was Dung and she was so rude. She noticed that I had some leftover shellac on my nails. It was barely anything that I could just peel it off myself. She speaks in Vietnamese to the owner and asked if she should charge me for the shellac removal. Whatever, she can charge me for that. That's not why she was rude. She then starts painting my nails and then realizes she was supposed to give me a manicure. She then asks if I want a manicure. At this point I'm confused because my nails are half way done being painted. She then starts speaking in Vietnamese again. She's like this girl doesn't even know what a manicure is. She said it in the tone where she makes you feel stupid. Stupid thing is she doesn't even know I understand every single word she's saying. She should watch what she says because you never know what your customer's background is. At this point I'm pissed off and I just tell her to forget the manicure.

The service previously was good but Dung ruined it terribly. I enjoyed my first experience so that's why I drove from Mississauga for another great experience. I will be calling the nail salon to provide feedback in case they don't see my review.
