Went with clean hair for a "curling iron" style, it turned out ok but not what I requested. Went to pay and it was much more than the advertised price (on their website it states $15-20, mine came to $56, tip incl). I asked why, said it was supposed to be $15-20, girl said it STARTS at $15. I said I wasn't told that. Other 2 friends paid $25 and one had longer hair than me. Third friend wouldn't pay the larger amount but paid the correct price. I was supposed to go back for another treatment at a later time that day and figured I'd ask for a price adjustment then but I was so pissed that I just cancelled and never went back. My gripe is, just advertise the correct cost or inform clients when they arrive. We won't be back.

The parking arrangement sucks!
Apart from that the place is nice the staff r nice. Someone staying at the hotel will enjoy the service. Or be prepared to pay $6 for a one hour massage appointment.
