My dog is typically apprehensive of new people, especially with her ears. Took her in for an inner ear infection and she immediately warmed up the vet and her staff. Thorough checkup with proper diagnosis and treatment. My dog is feeling much better and was actually EXCITED to see the vet today for our follow up appointment. Highly recommend this place. Their passion for animals and customer service is top notch. Thanks for taking good care of our pup!

Very disappointed in their false advertising on their website. Their website states "we welcome “drop-offs” where you can leave your pet with us and we will address the concerns presented when our schedule allows."

My dog has a history or bladder stones causing urinary blockages and has been urinating frank blood since last night while I am on vacation in the area and they flat out turned us away telling us to go elsewhere.

They didnt even offer a drop off appointment, they should change their website to reflect the services they actually offer.

Me and my girlfriend brought our dogs Mitsy and Taco there and had a great experience! Staff were friendly and the vet was very knowledgable. She didn't rush or push anything on us. Very professional service!

My 11 year old dog has been in and out of our regular vet office in Victoria for the passed 4 months with skin and eye infections due to allergies. I've put a lot of time into trying to find answers and solutions to his discomfort. Dr.Steinbach spent easily a half hour discussing and explaining how and why this happens. I didn't ever feel rushed and I felt incredibly informed, where I previously was always left feeling like I wasn't being listened to and was just another appointment to get through. Dr.Steinbach didn't rush us in or out and it was obvious that he has a passion for both animals, AND investing in continually learning about them. This is my first impromptu vet visit in another town in over 6 years and I can honestly say, that I'd be happy to ride the ferry over and back, just to see him again with our next ailment. Thank you for expressing an interest in a solution as well as passing on information in a professional and understandable way. Highly recommend!
