Thank you so much to the lovely ladies who went more than the extra mile to help us lodge a Medibank Claim. We were having a few problems downloading info needed and nothing was too much trouble. One of these amazing ladies were supposed to be on her break and still served other customers while
staying to help us. What a refreshing change to experience such wonderful customer service. These ladies are a credit to their employers and parents. Thank you for the experience Ray & Julie 🤗🌞

Best service in any store I've seen for a long time. Professional, helpful, happy and positive. Who needs to line up at the prescription counter when one of the staff will take it there for you? A pleasure to shop there.
