Loved it. Excellent service. Pampered like a princess. No parking on site so can be hard to find a park nearby as its top of town Newcastle East

Was disappointed with the experience wouldn't go back, not so much the massage itself that's was ok and staff there were nice enough.
- robes were dirty around neckline
- staff seemed scattered and rushed around before treatment organising the room
- Didn't feel like it was a relaxing day spa
- Had a stale smell in the place
- there were robes on the floor of change room from people before us
Not sure if we went on a bad day but I'm sorry I can say I didn't enjoy it like I'd hoped and for the money I would expect better.

I actually felt like a princess, went there for hubbys bday and booked the twin room, massage was beyond amazing and the products used made me feel like a baby, so soft!

The staff were incredibly friendly and made every aspect of my visit personalised to my taste. My therapist Blair was very lovely. Would definitely go again when I come up to Newcastle.
Fantastic experience!
