Stopped here to use the WiFi and have a drink as I was traveling up north. The store was quite messy and very crowded. Staff were nice and helpful.

Horrible... DO NOT GO HERE.

Food was disgusting, even found a hair in one burger. They didn't put cheese on 2 of the burgers and 1 was undercooked.

Dirty, dirty place...

Trust me when I say this place is disgusting...

Seriously. staff at maccas are incompetent and fail the ability to listen and understand.
Unlike Hungry Jacks, they do a way better job with their burgers.
Like last time I got a burger from HJ's, it was piping hot, Maccas doesn't make theirs hot enough.

My son and l have allergies so there are not a lot of take out places we can eat at. But the Staff and kitchen workers always go out of their way to accommodate our special requests and dietary needs. Thank you Jesmond Hungary Jacks.
