Very disappointing. After a minor accident (another car moved over in my lane not giving way and caused minor damage), with all the pictures taken on the scene of accident, proving my car was straight in the foremost right lane with the other right in the middle of dividing line and sideways, as I was contacted by an assessor over the phone, he clearly didn't read through my side of story, never looked at the pictures, and as I've asked him to do so, couldn't identify which car on the photos was mine! Having a comprehensive cover, I at least expect for the assessor to read through my explanation and see the photos before contacting me saying it looks like it's dual liability. Do your job, people!

Worst customer experience ever. I'll never use this company again. What a nightmare getting a claim paid. Hands down the worst insurance company I've ever used.
