It's a large round building with Windows hat was the cities water reserve at one time.

One of the first two public water tanks built in Hanoi by the French in 1894. Was in use until 1960s when the new water plant built in Yen Phu. Still very much intact, but unforrtunately not open to public

Historic building. Unfortunately only visible from the outside.
