OVERPRICED. Don't get me wrong, Lisa did a good job with eyebrow threading but where I came from in Southern California. I went to Ziba salon, women over there did an amazing job and they only charge for $9. Here they're charging eyebrow threading for $18! This place is the only one in Yakima, I have no choice but go here.

I love going to Belu Salon! The staff are always so welcoming and cater to your every need. I love being able to have a drink and relax while being pampered! I have been seeing Karli for awhile now and she is absolutely AMAZING!!

Personally, I think that they meant well, but my experience overall was bad I say this because:

1) Firstly it's over priced even when working with a beginner.

2) The person in charge of my hair didn't sound confident in what they were doing, so as a customer this is not a good feeling.
-I continued there because I believed they could do a good job...sometimes people believe wrong for I did in this case..

3) I was sitting in the salon chair a long time before the the person actually in charge of my hair got to it.

4) I was getting my hair dyed and more than 5 people were working on my hair by the end of the day.
-which I find weird 5ppl!!? Come on !
-the only other time I got my hair dyed in a salon elsewhere it only took one person for the fraction of the time and for $100 even. Which is pretty good for a person with very long hair.
Here in this place I spent nearly 200.

By the end, I was ecstatic to get out of there!
I would not recommend this place to any friend, family or stranger. They are not bad people just a bit of a bad service when I went there a few months ago. Sad my hair didn't even get dyed the right shade of color.

But by all means go here if you:
1) want to spend so much money.
2) sit in the salon chair for a long time before they actually get helped. Ect..

This is a go to place for any of your spa needs. I get my hair cut by Austin. He is great at what he does. He understands how I need my hair cut even when I am indecisive. This the place you will want to call home. Come find your favorite stylist.
