Love the staff, greeted everyday, usually pretty thin in population, not too crowded, great personality within memebers, the daycare makes it so there's no kids I'm watching for, wouldn't wanna smack someone's kid with a bar haha... I have overall had absolutely no complaints

I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with West Valley Fitness. The staffected are always friendly and helpful. Everything is pet clean and wiped down frequently! There are wonderful people who work out here! It is an environment of encouragement and acceptance!

The staff makes sure equipment is always clean and functioning properly, the atmosphere is comfortable and fun, and the trainers are AMAZING! I have never felt like a "gym person" but after joining WV fitness, I have learned to use the machines, feel comfortable in my body, and have stayed committed to my health!

This place is very welcoming and staff are super friendly. I enjoy coming here to do my daily exercise.
